There are 2 separate KB6Q All Band Remotes One Remote is RF Controlled TS 2000 LE. The KB6Q Web Remote has been on the air since 2002.
The other is an Internet Remote controlled with Server software at the Radio site and the user uses software (W4MQ.com) on their computer to control and talk on the TS 2000 LE Radio from any where there is Web Access.
I have a Radio site in the rural Nipomo Ca. 350 AMSL, with a 440 repeater and a TS 2000 Web remote and a RF controlled Remote, Solar powered with battery backup. 2 Double Bazookas,40 mtrs and 80 mtrs, and a HSQ Windum 6 mtrs through 80 mtrs.
If your are a HF person with no access to antennas or radios in your living area, this is how you can talk to the world.
The DTMF Generator below is for Repeater access, such as IRLP or EchoLink linking.
If you wish to use the Web Remote to access the KB6Q 444.700 IRLP/EchoLink the PL is 100 Plus 5 MHz Off Set. Just hold the mic near your PC or LapTop speaker and key up the radio and use the DTMF Generator to access IRLP or EchoLink.

KB6Q REPEATER
Embedded IRLP/EchoLink
IRLP Node 3139
EchoLink Node 39310
The KB6Q open IRLP/EchoLink Repeater has been on the air since 1996, located 2 miles West of the 101 at a height of 350 ft AMSL. The IRLP/EchoLink was installed 3/4 quarter of 2007.
Coverage varies from HT to Mobile. With a Mobil Radio you will have coverage from Nipomo, South on 101 through Santa Maria and up the Solomon Grade area Along 166, Betteravia and other West bound streets to the Guadalupe area. South on Highway 1 to 135, North on Highway 1 along the Nipomo and Arroyo Grande Mesa, North on 101 it covers in and out, duetothe terrain from Los Berros to Pismo Beach. Coverage includes along the beach area of 101/1 highways to Shell Beach. Parts of Cuesta Grade, Harris Grade, San Marcos (153), and 135 toward Vandenberg have coverage because of the elevation.
HT coverage in the above mentioned areas varies with line of sight and antenna type. Nipomo now has HT and IRLP coverage, you can talk to the World when going out for dinner or shopping at Vons or Longs.
When you are along in the Central Coast Mountain and hiking or biking or 4×4, try the repeater and let us know where you were able to get in.
With the IRLP/EchoLink, you can tell the World about California’s Beautiful Central Coast. This Repeater will carry Emergency Traffic for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Santa Maria Stake, and will follow Amateur Emergency Guidelines during emergency.
If your Radio does not have a key pad then use this DTMF Generator to access IRLP or EchoLink. Just hold the mic near your PC or LapTop speaker and key up the radio and use the DTMF Generator to access IRLP or EchoLink.

Important
IRLP Rules
1. Please Slow Down!!! Wait 2 seconds between transmissions and 1 second after keying before speaking.
2.Speak in a normal voice about 2 inches from your mic. Its not necessary to shout to make an international contact using IRLP
3 Avoid engaging in extended QSOs while linked. Drop the link if you want to have a long local QSO.
4. Make schedules as node to node connections rather than on a reflector. Use reflectors for CQ or work roundtable.
5. Check status page on www.irlp.net to information on other nodes.
6. IRLP is the best way to make long distance contact 2nd only to HF radio to radio contacts, Have Fun.
